* Please note that these are indicative Starting prices for the base category of apartments, these may be higher for Premium Apartments and across different locations. Please confirm the exact Rentals and inclusions with your Sales Rep at the time of making your bookings.
* Extra Person/Beds will be charged at Rs 1300/night for any Person above the Occupancy limit specified for the respective Rooms & Apartments. Children below 6 Years stay for FREE in existing beds, children above 6 Years will be charged Rs 500/night and those above 12 Years will be charged at Rs 1300/Night for extra bed.
* The above published Rentals are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST). However, GST is only applicable for stays of less then 3 months duration.* All Weekly Rentals stated above are applicable for minimum 7 Night stays and then calculated on a pro-rata basis for further stay extensions. All Monthly Rentals are counted for 28 Nights for all billing purpose and any extensions beyond 28 Nights are billed on a pro-rata basis accordingly.
* All Rentals are always billed in advance. Guests may also be required to provide a refundable damage deposit that is returned back to them at the end of their stay minus any arrears.* Your Rentals cover the housekeeping (floors & toilets), linen changes, 24 Hour Wi-Fi Internet, Water, Cooking Gas, Tata Sky TV, Power Backup service and all the flat maintenance. Unless it’s explicitly specified, Electricity shall be charged separately upon actual usage.
* Cancellation Charges – FREE Cancellation for any reservation cancelled 15 Days before check-in date. There will be a 50% cancellation charge, if you Cancel or Modify a confirmed reservation between 15 Days to 1 Day before the check-in date. If any reservation is Cancelled or Modified later, AND in case of a No-Show, there will be NO refund of rentals.
